Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. If an exchange doesn't meet the requirements, the package will be returned, and the request will not be processed.

Customers will receive store credit for the value of the returned item, excluding taxes, duties, and shipping fees. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
