For returns, exchanges (only for ready-to-wear items), or alteration requests, please email info@dajdxb.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. If an exchange doesn't meet the requirements, the package will be returned, and the request will not be processed.

Customers will receive store credit for the value of the returned item, excluding taxes, duties, and shipping fees. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Please note, returns, exchanges, or alterations are not available for outlet items. Ready-to-wear and outlet pieces do not come with a sheila. If you require a sheila, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
