For Ready-to-Wear (RTW) returns or exchanges, requests must be submitted to info@dajdxb.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. If an exchange does not meet the requirements, the package will be returned and the request will not be processed.

Pre-Orders: One complimentary alteration is available per order. Alteration requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Additional alterations may incur a fee.

Ready-to-Wear: Alterations are available at an additional charge. Once an item is processed for alteration, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Customers will receive store credit for the value of the returned item, excluding taxes, duties, and shipping fees. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
