Online payment via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency) is accepted.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed by the laws of the UAE.
Your privacy is important to us. All details will be kept confidential.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
Age under 18 years are prohibited to register as a User of the website and are not allowed to do any transaction online.
DAJDXB will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries following the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Processing of orders is within 2 working days of receiving the authorized payment.
Orders will be shipped via courier. Shipping times will vary from country to country depending on customs clearance procedures.
The estimated time for receiving a website order is 4 to 5 weeks.
Delivery of orders may vary if available in stock.
Ready-to-wear pieces will be shipped in the next working days.
Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.
DAJDXB will not deal with or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC sanctions countries per the law of the UAE.
Upon shipping out the item, a tracking number from DHL will be provided by our friendly customer service team.
All customer is responsible to track his/her shipment. For any delay, loss, or mishandling of the item, DAJ won’t be responsible.

We aim for your satisfaction. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders.
If the requested fabric is unavailable, the client will be offered an alternative fabric or another design option.
Return/exchange requests for Ready-to-Wear items only must be emailed to info@dajdxb.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. If an exchange does not meet the requirements, the package will be returned and the request will not be accepted.
Pre-Orders: One complimentary alteration is available per order. Alteration requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Additional alterations may incur a fee.
Ready-to-Wear: Alterations are available at an additional charge. Once an item is processed for alteration, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
Approved returns/exchanges will be issued as store credit for the item value. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are excluded.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Outlet items are not eligible for return, exchange, or alteration. RTW and outlet pieces do not include a sheila. Sheila requests can be made via email or WhatsApp.
