- Processing of orders is within 10 working days of receiving the authorized payment.
- Orders will be shipped via courier. Shipping times will vary from country to country depending on customs clearance procedures.

- Upon shipping out the item, a tracking number from DHL will be provided by our friendly customer service team.
- All customer is responsible to track his/her shipment. For any delay, loss, or mishandling of the item, DAJ won’t be responsible.
Refund & Return Policy
- We aim for your satisfaction. Sadly, We don’t offer refunds for custom orders.
- If the fabric is unavailable, The client will be offered other fabrics option or another choice of another design.
- Return or exchange request emails should be sent to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. If your exchange does not meet the requirements, the package will be sent back and the return request will not be accepted.
- A customer will be given store credit for the price value of the item returned.Taxes, Duties, and Shipping fee is excluded.
- Store credit is valid only for 6 months from the day of purchase.
